摘要
脲醛树脂胶黏剂(urea-formaldehyde resin,简称UF)被广泛应用于人造板企业,但其使用过程中会释放游离甲醛污染环境、影响人类身体健康,因此UF胶的低毒化改性研究刻不容缓。从添加改性剂和优化制备工艺两个方面论述了近年来UF胶的低毒化研究进展,并展望其未来的发展趋势。
Urea-formaldehyde resin has been widely used in wood-based panels industry. However, the emission of dissociated formaldehyde was harmful to the environment and human health. In this case, it is urgent to do some researches for urea formaldehyde about low-toxic modification. In this paper, the research progress in terms of adding modifiers and optimizing the processes was illustrated and the future trends were predicted.
