摘要
目的观察补肾益气和血法中药介入体外授精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)对不孕妇女hCG日子宫内膜和子宫血流的影响。方法选择符合纳入标准的输卵管性不孕IVF-ET患者60例,随机分为中药组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用控制性超促排卵(COH)+IVF-ET治疗,中药组采用COH+IVF-ET+中药治疗,2组COH+IVF-ET方法相同。观察2组患者hCG日子宫内膜和子宫血流参数。结果 hCG日2组子宫内膜厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A型内膜在中药组所占比例显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组hCG日双侧子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论补肾益气和血法中药联合IVF-ET,可改善不孕妇女hCG日子宫内膜厚度和形态,增强子宫内膜容受性,调节子宫动脉血流状态。
Objective To observe the influence of the therapy of reinforcing kidney,replenishing qi and regulating blood combined with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET）on the endometrium and uterine blood flow of infertile women on the day of hCG administration. Methods Sixty cases with tubal infertility undergoing IVF-ET were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received the same methods of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation（COH）＋IVF-ET.Meanwhile,traditional Chinese medicine therapy was added to the TCM group.The endometrium and uterine blood flow on the day of hCG administration were observed in both groups. Results The average endometrial thickness of TCM group was not significantly different from that of control group on the day of hCG administration（ P 〉0.05）.The proportion of type A endometrium in the TCM group was higher than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）.The pulsatility index（PI）and resistance index（RI）of uterine artery in TCM group were obviously lower than that of control group on the day of hCG administration（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapy of reinforcing kidney,replenishing qi and regulating blood combined with IVF-ET may improve the endometrial thickness and types,enhance endometrial receptivity,and regulate the blood flow of uterine artery of the infertile patients undergoing IVF-ET on the day of hCG administration.
