摘要
草甘膦是目前世界上应用最广泛的农药品种之一。草甘膦的使用量逐年增加,给农作物、人类健康以及生态环境带来了一定的安全隐患。本文着重介绍了常用检测方法:光谱法(分光光度法、吸光光度法)、色谱法(气相色谱、高效液相色谱、离子色谱法、气相色谱-串联质谱法);新型检测方法:高效液相色谱—质谱法、毛细管电泳、电化学检测、免疫分析等,总结了该方法在食品和水中草甘膦检测中的应用、优缺点,为国内外食品和水质中草甘膦快速检测方法的建立提供了依据。
Glyphosate is one of the most widely used pesticide varieties in the world. As the usage of glyphosate increases year by year, it has brought some safety risks to crops, human health and ecological environment. The common detection methods:spectrophotometry(spectrophotometr y, absor ption method), chromatography(gas chromatography, high perfor mance liquid chromatography, ion chromatography, gas chromatography-series mass spectrometry) and new detection methods: high performance liquid chromatography-Mass spectrometry, capillary electrophoresis, electrochemical detection, immunoassay, etc. The application, advantages and disadvantages of this method in the detection of glyphosate in food and water are summarized, which provided a basis for the establishment of fast detection method of glyphosate in food and water quality at home and abroad.
