摘要
目前,我国在备件供应中存在诸多问题。通过对美国服务保障模式研究,制定备件库存的仿真方法,提出我国在备件供应上实施军民融合服务保障的技术策略。本文确定的备件库存仿真方法及备件供应模式改变了传统备件供应模式,减少了备件延误时间,解决了备件库存与保障效能之间的矛盾,从而降低了装备的全寿命周期费用。
Through the research on the service guarantee mode of the U. S. air force, the technical strategies for implementation of civil-military integration service in supply support is raised, simulation method of spare parts inventory is made, to solve the current problems in the supply support. The simulation method and mode of spare parts inventory can change the traditional supply mode and reduce the delay time of spare parts. The contradiction between the spare parts inventory and the support efficiency can be solved and the total life-cycle cost will be minimized.
