摘要
对不同采样时间、传感器清洗时间和样品温度等电子鼻测定条件进行优化,确定电子鼻检测掺假蜂蜜的最佳参数。利用电子鼻检测分别掺入10%、20%、30%、40%、50%果葡糖浆的掺假蜂蜜样品,通过进行主成分分析(PCA)和线性判别分析(LDA)研究不同数据处理方法的电子鼻对掺假蜂蜜的定性鉴别能力。结果表明:电子鼻结合PCA和LDA均能区分掺假蜂蜜; LDA具有实现对蜂蜜掺假浓度半定量鉴别的潜力。得出结论,基于电子鼻对掺假蜂蜜的无损鉴别是可行且具有实际意义的。
In this paper, the electronic nose measurement conditions of different sampling time, sensor cleaning time and sample temperature were optimized, and the optimum condition of electronic nose detection was investigated. The different honey samples with 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% fructose syrup were tested by electronic nose. The data were analyzed by Principal Component Analysis and Linear Discriminant Analysis to explore the effects of different data processing methods on the qualitative identification ability of electronic nose to adulterated honey. It was found that the electronic nose combined with PCA or LDA could distinguish adulterated honey, and LDA had the potential to realize semi-quantitative identification of honey adulteration concentration. It was concluded that the nondestructive identification of adulterated honey based on electronic nose is feasible and practical.
