摘要
采用解析木法结合显微成像系统测量15年生巨尾桉木材的纤维长度、直径和腔径,分析其木材纤维特性。结果表明:15年生巨尾桉木材纤维的平均长度为1005.74μm,平均直径为18.39μm,平均腔径为8.83μm,平均双壁厚为9.56μm,平均长径比为54.83,平均壁腔比为0.56。由树干基部至树干稍部,纤维长度、长径比、双壁厚和壁腔比逐渐增加,纤维直径和腔径逐渐减小;由髓心向树皮,纤维长度和直径逐渐增大,腔径逐渐减小,双壁厚、长径比、壁腔比呈增加趋势。方差分析表明,纤维长度在纵向上显著差异,径向上差异极显著;纤维宽度在纵向上差异显著,在径向上无显著差异;纤维腔径、双壁厚、长宽比在纵向和径向上均有极显著差异。聚类分析表明巨尾桉成熟材与幼龄材的界限为8年。
The length,diameter and lumen diameter of 15-year-old Eucalyptus grandis × E. urophylla wood fiber were measured by analytical wood method combined with microscopic imaging system. The results showed that the average value of length,diameter,lumen diameter,double-wall thickness,aspect ratio and wall thickness-lumen diameter ratio of wood fiber were 1005.74 μm,18.39 μm,8.83 μm,9.56 μm,54.83 and 0.56,respectively. From the base to the top of trunk,there was a gradual increase in fiber length,aspect ratio,double-wall thickness and wall thickness-lumen diameter ratio,and a gradual decrease in fiber diameter and lumen diameter. From the pith to the bark,there was an increasing trend in the fiber length,fiber diameter,double-wall thickness,aspect ratio and wall thickness-lumen diameter ratio,while the lumen diameter decreased gradually. Variance analysis showed that: the fiber length was significantly different in longitudinal direction and radial direction; fiber width was significantly different in longitudinal direction,but not significantly different in radial direction; the fiber lumen diameter,double-wall thickness and length-width ratio were very significantly different in longitudinal and radial direction. Finally,8 years was proposed to be the boundary between mature wood and juvenile wood of E. grandis × E. urophylla by cluster analysis.
