简单介绍了施工中防渗漏施工技术的作用,从设计、施工、材料三方面分析了造成房屋渗漏的主要原因,并从墙面、屋面、厨卫等施工部位探讨完善房屋建筑防渗漏施工技术的策略,旨在提高防渗漏技术水平,保障房屋建筑质量。
The article briefly introduces the role of anti leakage construction technology in the construction,analyzes the main causes of the leakage from three aspects of design,construction and material,and probes into the strategy of improving the construction technology of building anti leakage from the wall surface,roof and kitchen and toilet,with a view to improve the anti-seepage technology level and to guarantee the housing building quality.
