摘要
目的探讨应用布地奈德混悬液是否对早产儿BPD发生率产生影响,以及不良反应的发生情况。方法方便选取该院新生儿科于2014年9月—2016年12月收治的87例早产儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组(43例)和对照组(44例)。对照组患儿给予吸氧、营养支持、肺泡表面活性物质替代等常规疗法,必要时使用抗生素抗感染治疗。研究组患儿采用常规疗法+布地奈德混悬液雾化治疗,比较两组患儿BPD发生率及不良反应发生率。结果研究组患儿有6例发生BPD,发病率为13.95%,对照组患者有18例发生BPD,发病率为40.91%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.526,P<0.05),且两组患儿不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(16.28%vs 15.91%),(χ2=0.000,P>0.05)。结论应用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入可降低早产儿支气管肺发育不良的发生率,可起到一定的预防作用,且未增加不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate whether the application of budesonide suspension affects the incidence of BPD in premature infants and the incidence of adverse reactions. Methods 87 preterm infants admitted to the department of neonatology in the hospital from September 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected as study subjects and divided into study group（43 cases） and control group（44 cases） according to the random number table method. The control group was given conventional therapy such as oxygen inhalation, nutritional support, and replacement of alveolar surfactant, and if necessary antibiotics were used to treat the infection. The patients in the study group were treated with conventional therapy plus budesonide suspension nebulization. The incidence of BPD and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There were 6 cases of BPD in the study group, the incidence rate was 13.95%. In the control group, 18 cases had BPD. The incidence rate was 40.91%）. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（χ^2=4.526, P〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was not significantly abnormal（16.28% vs 15.91%）,（χ^2=0.000, P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide suspension can reduce the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants, which may play a preventive role and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
