摘要
输电导线温度测量是输电线路融冰过程的重要组成部分,为了解决输电线路温度监测需要现场电源,使用寿命短,容易受电磁干扰等缺点。本文基于光纤传感技术研制了一种光纤光栅温度传感器以及传感器夹具的设计,该传感器采用双金属结构的方法实现温度增敏;根据光纤光栅对温度和应变的敏感特性,采用不受力的封装方式将其封装在外壳内,解决了温度与应变交叉敏感的问题。实验表明,研制的光纤光栅温度传感器灵敏度为9.8 pm/℃,线性度0.79%,分辨率为0.102℃。收集整理云南电网某110kV输电线路的导线温度和环境温度监测数据,实现了对导线的监测。因此,基于光纤传感技术的输电导线温度监测可以用来在线监测导线的温度,为直流融冰等除冰过程提供数据支撑,以保障电网的安全稳定运行。
The temperature measurement of transmission wires is an important part of the monitoring of icing of transmission lines. In order to solve the shortcomings of transmission line temperature monitoring, it is necessary to use field power supply, short service life and susceptible to electromagnetic interference. In this paper, a fiber grating temperature sensor is developed based on optical fiber sensing technology. The sensor adopts bimetallic method to realize temperature sensitization. According to the sensitive characteristics of temperature and strain of fiber grating, it is encapsulated by forceless encapsulation The shell, the temperature and strain to solve the problem of cross-sensitive. The experimental results show-that the sensitivity of the fiber grating temperature sensor is 9.8 pm / ℃, the linearity is 99.88%, the resolution is 0.102 ℃, and the measurement error is small. Collected wire and temperature monitoring data of a 110 kV transmission line, and realized the monitoring of the wire. Therefore, the transmission wire temperature monitoring based on fiber optic sensing technology can be used to monitor the temperature of the wire on-line, and provide data support for the deicing process such as DC melting ice to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
