摘要
介绍了秦山一期核电厂报警系统改造前的现状以及存在的设备老化、备件停产以及抗震性能不足等问题,并阐述了报警系统改造的必要性;同时从设备布置、电缆敷设和供电负荷等方面分析数字化改造的可行性;结合数字化报警系统的功能和特性要求,提出了系统改造范围、改造原则、设计方案,并介绍了报警系统在供电方式、信号接口、抗震能力、报警连锁操作等关键功能的设计和实施改进,最后比较了改造前后系统在可靠性、稳定性和灵活性方面的差异。
This paper introduces the background of the alarm system of Qinshan NPP-1 and the existing problems such as aging, production of spare parts and insufficient anti-seismic property. Meanwhile, the feasibility of modernization is analyzed from the aspects of equipment layout, cable laying and power supply load. Combined the functions and features of alarm system requirements, the proposed scope of system modernization, the modernization principle, the design scheme are provided, and also introduces the improvement of design and Implementation such as power supply scheme, signal interface, anti-seismic capability analysis, etc. Finally introduces the transformation and the differences for modernization in the issue of reliability, stability and flexibility.
