摘要
目的 :探讨医用耗材供应链管理方面的相关问题,为医用耗材的规范化管理提供参考。方法 :结合日常工作实践,分析医用耗材供应链的业务流程,梳理医用耗材目录遴选及新增、需求、采购、仓管、配送等各环节相关主体的工作责任。结果:针对医用耗材供应链各相关环节管理中存在的诸多问题提出相应的解决方案。结论:优化医用耗材供应链流程,规范医用耗材管理,才能在保障医疗安全的前提下提升医院的运营效益。
Objective To explore the content of supply chain management of medical consumables and to provide references for standardized management of medical consumables. Methods The business process of the supply chain was analyzed and the responsibility of the related subjects was expounded in the selection of medical consumables catalogue, demand planning,order promising, inventory management, distribution planning and et al on the basis of daily management. Results The problems existing in the business process of supply chain were analyzed and some solutions were put forward. Conclusion Only by optimizing the process of the the supply chain and standardizing the management of medical consumables can improve the hospital running efficiency on the promise of ensuring medical safety.
