细菌群体感应在好氧颗粒污泥中的研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 指出了好氧颗粒污泥具有生物致密、沉降性能良好、抗冲击负荷能力强、能同步脱氮除磷等优点,在污水处理领域显出广阔的应用前景。概述了群体感应现象及其在好氧污泥颗粒化过程中的研究现状,阐述了信号分子在好氧颗粒污泥中提高好氧颗粒污泥的稳定性及加速好氧污泥的颗粒化进程的作用,总结了第二信使可以通过改变细胞运动方式,生物群落结构以及促进EPS的产生,从而促进好氧颗粒污泥的粒化进程,提高稳定性和去除效果。并对好氧颗粒污泥群体感应研究进行了展望。 Aerobic granular sludge has the advantages of biological compactness, good settling performance, strong impact load resistance, simultaneous denitrification and phosphorus removal, etc.. So, it has a broad application prospect in sewage treatment field. The phenomenon of group induction and its research status in aerobic sludge granulation process were summarized, and the role of signal molecules in improving the stability of aerobic granular sludge and accelerating the process of aerobic granular sludge was expounded. It is concluded that the second messenger can promote the granulation process of aerobic granular sludge and improve the stability and removal efficiency by changing cell motility, community structure and EPS production and promoting the contamination of aerobic particles. The research on colony induction of aerobic granular sludge was prospected.
