摘要
本文基于市校合作构建理念构建了湖州市大学生应急救护培训体系,本体系由湖州市红十字会与湖州师范学院合作成立了湖州应急救护学院。文章从大学生、高校、市红字会三个角度分析大学生应急救护培训体系构建的可行性,阐述了市校合作制度机制优化、应急救护工作平台优化、培训方式传播渠道优化是该体系应具备的特点,进而提出建好应急救护学院管理运行机制、培训质量保障机制、志愿服务活动机制、文化宣传教育机制、持续发展机制等方式探索实践大学生应急救护培训体系的构建。本研究实践结果表明,大学生应急救护培训体系的构建是一种创新性的健康教育课程模式,在实践中初显成效,对于推动大学生和普通民众的应急救护知识与技能水平提升发挥了积极作用,值得推广。
Based on the constructive idea of municipal and school cooperation, this article explores the Emergency Rescue Training System for college students in Huzhou, which was jointly established by Huzhou Municipal Red Cross Society and Huzhou University. This article analyzes the feasibility of the constructing of emergency rescue training system for college students from the perspective of college, students and the municiple Red Cross Society. This article elaborates this system’s innate advantages including the optimization of the municipal school cooperation, the working platform of emergency rescue and the transmission channels of training method. And then it explores the practice of college students’ emergency rescue training system by discussing the construction and operation mechanism of emergency nursing school, assurance mechanism of training quality, activity mechanism of volunteer service, education mechanism of cultural propaganda, sustainable development mechanism, etc. The research shows that the emergency rescue training system for undergraduate students in “Huzhou Paradigm” is an innovative model for health education curriculum. And it has achieved initial success in practice and played an active role in elevating the level of first-aid knowledge and skills for college students and ordinary people. The “Huzhou Paradigm” is worth promoting.
