摘要
教学技能是师范类院校人才培养的重要关注,是师范生专业身份的前提和进入社会的基础,其重要性不言而喻。在"互联网+"时代,师范生教学技能训练,需要改变以往技能习得主要来自于口口相传或手把手教授的观念,适时引入"互联网+"训练新模式。"互联网+"训练模式可以从"模仿—模拟—自评—互评"四个步骤展开,其技术路径要求做好训前准备、把好过程操作、及时总结反思。
Teaching skill is an important concern of talent training in normal colleges,and it is the prerequisite of professional identity and the foundation of entering into society,and its importance is self-evident.In the era of"Internet+",the training of normal students' teaching skill needs to change the idea that the previous skill acquisition is mainly from word of mouth or hands-on teaching,and introduce the new training mode of"Internet+"in time.The"Internet+"training mode can be carried out from four steps of"imitation-simulation-self-assessment-evaluation",and its technical path requires preparation before training,good process operation and timely summary and reflection.
