摘要 高等职业教育的培养目标决定了高等职业教育以实践教学为主体,在实践教学过程中,随着时间的推移、实践操作技能的增多学生的专业能力在逐步的发展,非专业能力也得到了提高。该文通过开展以学生为主体的进展性案例教学模式改革,将理论教学和实践教学按照临床护士的工作过程进行融合,学生在实践中掌握专业知识,提高非专业能力。 The training target of higher vocational education determines that the higher vocational education takes the practical teaching as main body, and in the practical teaching course, with the time goes by and increased practical operation skills, the professional abilities of students gradually develop, and the non-professional abilities are improved. The paper integrates the theoretical teaching and practical teaching according to the work of clinical nurses by developing the teaching model reform, and the students should master the professional knowledge in practice and improve the non-professional abilities.
