摘要
目前上述计生医学教育受到忽视,使得这类人才明显匮乏,难以达到现实需求。由于计生医学关联的层面多,且内容较为复杂,这就对实习生教学提出了更高的标准。计生专科的带教老师一个重要的工作是指导医学生在提高手术技术含量的同时,力争减轻患者术后并发症的发生。提升计划生育科实习带教效果的有效路径是将基础与临床联结,实习带教紧跟科研的创新、拓宽教学途径,注重显现多媒体在临床医学教学中的作用,同时要保护患者的隐私,注重医患交流能力的锻炼培养。
Currently, the above family planning medial education is neglected, making these talents obviously insufficient,which is difficult to reach the practical demands, the multiple levels of family planning medicine and complex contents put forwards higher standards for the teaching of practical students. The teachers in the family planning major need to guide medical students to improve the operation technical contents to relieve the occurrence of the postoperative complications,and the effective route of improving the teaching effect of family planning is to combined the basis and clinical medicine,emphasize the role of media in the clinical medical teaching, protect the privacy of patients, and attach importance to the exercise and cultivation of medical communication abilities.
