老年早期糖尿病肾脏疾病采取α硫辛酸联合脂微球前列地尔治疗的临床观察 被引量:1

Clinical Observation of α-lipoic Acid Combined with Lipid Microspheres Alprostadil in Early-stage Diabetic Kidney Disease

摘要 目的研究老年早期糖尿病肾脏疾病采取α硫辛酸联合脂微球前列地尔治疗的临床效果。方法 2017年1—12月间将老年早期糖尿病肾脏疾病病患72例,按抽签法分为参照组各36例给予脂微球前列地尔治疗,研究组36例在其基础上联合α硫辛酸治疗。比较两组治疗前后尿微量清蛋白(m AIb)、尿视黄醇结合蛋白(U‐RBP)、尿N‐乙酰β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)等生化指标检测结果,以及治疗效果。结果两组治疗前m AIb、U‐RBP、NAG等生化指标检测比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后研究组m AIb、U‐RBP、NAG等生化指标均显著低于参照组;治疗总有效率94.44%显著高于参照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年早期糖尿病肾脏疾病病患联用α硫辛酸和脂微球前列地尔治疗,有利于改善病患肾小管和肾小球功能,进而提高临床治疗效果。 Objective To study the clinical effect of α-lipoic acid combined with liposphere alprostadil in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods From January to December 2017 seventy-two elderly patients with early-stage diabetic kidney disease were divided into three groups according to the sampling method. 36 patients were treated with liposphere alprostadil, and 36 patients in the study group were treated with alpha lipoic acid. The results of biochemical indicators such as urinary microalbumin(mAIb), ??urinary retinol binding protein(U-RBP), and urine N-acetyl β-D glucosaminidase(NAG) were compared before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences in the biochemical parameters of mAIb, U‐RBP and NAG before treatment(P〈0.05). After treatment, the biochemical parameters such as mAIb, U‐RBP and NAG were significantly lower than the reference group. The total effective rate of treatment was 94.44% significantly higher than that of the reference group(75.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of alpha lipoic acid and lipid microspheres of alprostadil in patients with early diabetic nephropathy is beneficial to improve renal tubular and glomerular function and improve clinical treatment.
