摘要
总结了背压式汽轮机的启动方式和特点,针对倒灌启动的特点和注意事项进行了分析,总结了启动过程中的突出问题,如启动过程的胀差控制、启动暖机的过程和速率的控制等,并阐述了解决措施,如利用疏水和背压蒸汽配合的方式暖机等,并提出某些特殊条件下的机组启动策略,如采用非常规的汽轮机热态背压倒灌方法。研究成果为背压式汽轮机启动提供了合理化建议。
The star.up mode and its characteristics of back pressure turbine are presented, and the key points of the star.up process are analyzed. Some main issues, such as control of expansion difference in the star.up process, the start up warming process and start up speed control and so on, are illustrated. The method of using drainage water and back pressure steam to warm up the unit is proposed. Furthermore, the star.up strategy under certain special conditions is put forward to provide the reasonable proposal for back pressure turbine, namely, extraordinary flow backward method is adopted in the hot starting of steam turbine. The research result can be used as guideline for the star.up of back pressure steam turbine.
