摘要
目的评价糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者应用红花注射液的治疗效果。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库以及美国国立生物技术信息中心(NCBI)数据库,收集2000-2017年发表的红花注射液治疗DPN的相关文献。以治疗有效率、正中神经和腓神经的运动神经传导速率(MNCV)及感觉神经传导速率(SNCV)恢复情况为观察指标进行Meta分析。结果纳入随机对照试验研究17项,均为中文文献,样本总计1 207例。红花注射液观察组(619例)的治疗有效率为87.4%(541/619),高于对照组(588例)的治疗有效率55.3%(325/588),差异有统计学意义(Z=11.81,P<0.01,比值比=6.68,95%置信区间:4.87~9.15)。红花注射液组患者正中神经和腓神经的MNCV和SNCV恢复情况均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论红花注射液对于DPN具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective To assess the curative effect of safflower injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods Literatures of safflower injection treating DPN were searched in databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP and American National Center of Biotechnology Information(NCBI).Therapeutic effective rate,recovery of motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) of median nerve and peroneal nerve were analyzed through meta analysis.Results Seventeen randomized controlled trials were extracted from Chinese databases,with a total of 1 207 patients.Effective rate in safflower injection group (n =619) was significantly higher than that in control group (n =588) [87.4%(541/619) vs 55.3% (325/588),Z =11.81,P 〈 0.01,odds ratio =6.68,95% confidence interval:4.87-9.15).Median nerve and peroneal nerve MNCV and SNCV recovery in safflower injection group were significantly better than those in control group(P 〈 0.01).Conclusion Safflower injection has a good curative effect on DPN.
