摘要 目的:设计一款基于临床戒烟指南的综合戒烟软件,指导吸烟者科学戒烟。方法:该戒烟软件设计以《中国临床戒烟指南(2015年版)》为基本依据,以"5R、5A"为基本方法,遵循成功戒烟的12个阶段,并以健康管理和行为干预模型为指导,综合运用心理、行为、社会支持和临床等干预手段,为戒烟者提供教育、咨询、心理疏导、随访和线上线下结合的戒烟服务。结果:综合戒烟软件包括数据采集评估、戒烟认知干预、制定戒烟方案、戒烟过程干预、戒烟复吸干预5项基本流程,根据戒烟者的具体情况提供立即戒断法、逐日减量法、逐日推迟法三种戒烟方法,并提供集数据分析、反馈激励、社群交互、渠道推送、群体干预等功能的干预服务。结论:综合戒烟软件设计遵循最新临床戒烟指南,以科学的理论为依据,采取科学的实践方法,综合运用健康管理的各种手段方法,提升健康干预的互动性,为有效控烟开辟新路径。 Objective: Design a comprehensive anti-smoking software based on the clinical guidelines for smoking cessation to guide smokers to give up smoking. Methods: The design of anti-smoking software is based on the "guide to clinical smoking cessation in China(2015 Edition)", which requires to follow the basic methods of "5 R" and "5 A"and the 12 stages of successfully quitting smoking. Guided by the health management and behavioral intervention model, we use psychological intervention, behavioral intervention, social support, and clinical intervention to provide education, counseling, follow-up and the combination of online and offline smoking cessation service. Results: The anti-smoking software includes 5 basic processes: data acquisition and evaluation, cognitive intervention, plan formulation, process intervention, relapse intervention. According to the specific circumstances of the smokers, the software provides three methods of smoking cessation: immediate withdrawal, daily reduction, daily delayed. It provides intervention services such as data analysis, feedback incentive, community interaction, channel push, group intervention and other functions. Conclusion: The design of anti-smoking software follows the latest clinical guidelines and the basis of scientific theory, and adopts scientific practice method. The software integrates various means of health management, can be used to guide the smokers to stop smoking and open up an effective new path to smoking control.
