摘要
目的:比较健康、非吸烟的年轻人和老年人肺组织超声声像图A线和B线的异同。方法:选取宜兴市中医院107例大于65岁年长健康体检患者(平均年龄76.41±9.82)和105例小于56岁年轻健康体检患者(平均年龄34.32±12.32),使用超声测量胸部前侧、中部、后侧肺组织是否存在A线或B线及其数目。χ~2检验或Fisher确切概率法和方差分析检验两组患者之间的A线与B线在数目、分布、性别之间的差异。结果:年轻组患者A线较年长组明显多见(P=0.0003),年长组患者B线明显多于年轻组患者(P=0.008)。A线和B线分布与肺部解剖学(P=0.57)、性别(P=0.63)均无明显差异。结论:年轻组患者A线较B线多见,年长组患者肺部组织B线较A线明显增多,其差异可能是由于肺实质与胸壁软组织之间阻力、叶间胸膜增厚有关。
Objective: To compare the ultrasound appearances of a lines and B lines in the lungs in a group of healthy, nonsmoker elder subjects with those in a group of young subjects. Methods: One hundred and seven older than 65 years of age(mean age 76.41±9.82) and one hundred and five younger subjects less than 56 years of age(mean age 34.32±12.32) were enrolled. Ultrasound examination was performed in the anterior, midlateral, and posterobasal surface of each lung to evaluate the presence or absence of A-lines and B-lines.χ~2 test and Fisher’s exact test were used to compare the difference of A-lines and B-lines, distribution, and sexual in the two groups. Results: A-lines were present in majority of the younger subjects(P=0.0003), while B-lines present in majority of the elder subjects(P=0.008). The distribution of A-lines and B-lines showed no difference in anatomical structures of the pulmonary and the in sexuality. Conclusion: The A-lines showed a high percentage in younger subjects and the B-lines present in majority of the elder subjects. The reduction of impedance between lung parenchyma and soft tissues of the chest wall and the increased thickness of interlobular septa might explain these results.
