摘要
目的:建立五香血藤药材的质量测定,为五香血藤的质量标准研究和修订提供借鉴基础。方法:测定药材水分、总灰分和酸不溶性灰分;采用高效液相色谱法测定药材中五味子乙素的含量:色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C18,流动相为乙腈-水(80∶20,V/V),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为235 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL。结果:药材水分为10.74~14.49%,总灰分为2.12~4.30%,酸不溶性灰分为0.18~3.16%。五味子乙素检测进样量线性范围为2.10~12.62μg(r=0.9999);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤3%;五香血藤素加样回收率为102.27%(RSD=2.6%)。结论:该研究所建标准可用于五香血藤药材的质量控制。
In order to provide reference for the research and revision of the quality standard of Schisandra rubriflora vine,we developed a method to determine the quality of Schisandra rubriflora vine. We determined the moisture content,total ash content,and acid-insoluble ash content of the medicinal materials. The content of schisandrin B was determined by HPLC with parameters as follows: Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatographic column,acetonitrile-water( 80∶ 20,V/V) as mobile phase,flow rate of 1. 0 m L/min,detection wavelength of 235 nm,column temperature of 30 ℃,20 μL injection volume. The results showed that the moisture content of the medicinal materials was10. 74% to 14. 49%,total ash content was 2. 12% to 4. 30%,and acid-insoluble ash content was 0. 18% to3. 16%. The linear range of schisandrin B was 2. 10 μg to 12. 62 μg( r = 0. 9999); the RSD of precision,stability,and repeatability tests was ≤ 3 %; the recovery rate of schisandrin B was 102. 27%( RSD = 2. 6%). The established method could be used for the quality control of Schisandra rubriflora vine.
