冲板皮带秤是一种新型连续累计自动衡器,它和皮带输送机配合具备电子皮带秤的计量、调节和控制功能。通过安装在冲板上的冲力传感器检测到物料冲力的水平分力信号,安装在皮带输送机头的皮带测速传感器检测到物料运动的速度信号,称重仪表采用冲力信号和速度信号进行数学运算,最后得到物料的流量,以及累计重量。
The impact belt scale is a new type of continuous accumulative automatic weighing instrument. It can measure,adjust and control with belt conveyor. It uses impulse sensor to mesuere the force of the material which is installed on the impulsive force unit, It uses a speed sensor to measure speed which is installed on the head of the belt conveyor, and the weighing meter uses the impulse signal and the speed signal to perform mathematical operations. Finally, we calculate the material flow and the accumulated weight by the weighing meter.
