摘要
常压不可解吸瓦斯含量测定是瓦斯含量直接测定方法中重要的组成部分,采用DGC直接测定装置进行常压不可解吸瓦斯含量测定时周期长、成本高、操作复杂。选取山西省257个煤样在实验室进行了瓦斯吸附常数及常压吸附量的测定,通过对测试数据分析研究,得到煤的变质程度与实测常压吸附量之间呈对数函数关系,进而得出常压不可解吸瓦斯含量快速测定的关系模型。在利用此关系模型可以实现在8 h之内准确测定出煤层瓦斯含量。
The determination of atmospheric pressure non-desorption gas content is an important part of the direct determination of gas content. It takes long period, high cost, complex operation by using the direct measurement device DGC for atmospheric nondesorption gas content measurement. A total of 257 coal samples from Shanxi Province were selected to determine the gas adsorption constant and the atmospheric pressure adsorption capacity in the laboratory. Through the analysis of the test data, the logarithmic relationship between coal metamorphism degree and the measured atmospheric pressure adsorption capacity was obtained. And then the relationship model of rapid determination of non-desorption gas content at atmospheric pressure was obtained. Using this relational model, it is possible to accurately determine the gas content of coal seams within 8 hours.
