阳离子改性棉针织渐变面料的开发及应用 被引量:2

摘要 根据阳离子改性棉与未改性棉对染料上染性能不同,通过使用莫代尔、不同含量的阳离子改性棉和未改性棉混纺纱和氨纶丝为原料开发一种具有花灰渐变效果的节能环保型针织面料。详细阐述面料的编织及染整工艺,并分析了生产周期、染色能耗、固色效率及染色成本,测试了面料的染色牢度。结果表明,阳离子改性棉针织渐变面料染色工艺简单,水、电、汽耗量小且固色效果好,耐皂洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度均为4~5级,生产效率高、周期短,染色成本低,具有节能减排效应。 According to the different dyeing performance of cationic modified cotton and unmodified cotton, an energy-saving and environment friendly knitted fabric with gradient color effect is developed by the spandex yarn blended with modal, different content of cationic modified cotton and unmodified cotton fiber. It introduced in detail the knitting and the dyeing and finishing process, and analyzed the dyeing process, the production cycle,energy consumption of dyeing,fixing effect and dyeing cost, and tested the color fastness to soaping washing, perspiration and rubbing. The results show that the dyeing process of cationic modified cotton knitted fabric is simple, and the consumption of water, electricity, steam is small and the fixing effect is good, and the color fastness to soaping washing, perspiration and rubbing can reach level 4~5 with the high production efficiency, the short production cycle, low dyeing cost and waste discharge.
