摘要
通过分析目前国内装配式框架节点连接存在的各项问题,提出将超高性能水泥基(UHPC)材料用于后浇构件连接节点的新型预制装配式框架结构体系构想,即把性能优异的材料用于受力最为复杂的节点处。基于大量试验结果,总结了受力钢筋在UHPC材料后浇段直锚搭接长度为10倍最大受力钢筋直径时,预制梁、柱和边节点均可等同现浇,且部分性能优于现浇的特性。此体系实现了钢筋连接可为短连接及其搭接形式,且安全可靠、装配率高,为国内装配式建筑结构的发展提供了新思路。
By analyzing various problems existing in the connection of domestic fabricated frame joints, an idea of new structure system by using ultra-high performance cement-based (UHPC) materials into the latter pouring component joint, which means to use material with superior performance to the joint with most complex stress, is proposed in this paper. Based on various test results, it is concluded that the effect and performance of precast beams, columns and side joints are equivalent to those of cast-in-situ, and some performance can even be better when lap length is 10 times of maximum diameter of load-bearing steel bar mixed later with UHPC material. This system realizes that the steel bar connection form can be short or overlapping. In addition, it is safe, reliable, and has high assembly rate, which can provide a new idea for the development of domestic fabricated building structure.
