摘要
本文以2000-2016年262个地级市为研究对象,从城市规模视角探究城乡收入差距的动态收敛问题,分析人口迁移和户籍城市化对城乡收入差距的影响。研究结果表明:全国及不同规模城市的城乡收入差距存在显著的绝对收敛和条件收敛,大城市的绝对收敛速度高于中小城市以及特(超)大城市,而中小城市的条件收敛速度高于大城市以及特(超)大城市;从分周期的"动态收敛"看,整个周期内无论是绝对收敛还是相对收敛速度均呈现不断下降趋势,而大城市以及特(超)大城市城乡收入差距的条件收敛速度逐渐超过了绝对收敛速度,在中小城市则表现为相反的走势。进一步分析影响城乡收入不平等因素,发现人口迁移显著缩小收入差距,且通过户籍城镇化机制发生作用,迁入人口若能顺利转变为城镇人口可缩小收入差距。目前在大城市中迁移人口获得城市户籍较难,而小城市相对而言获得城市户籍较为容易,在低于526.48万人的小规模城市中户籍城市化更加利于城乡收入差距的缩小。这些发现对解决日益严重的城乡收入差距问题提供了有益的启示。
From the perspective of city size,using 262 cities panel data from 2000 to 2016,this article explores the problem of dynamic convergence of urban-rural income gap and analyzes of migration、urbaniz-tion impact on the urban-rural income gap. The results show that the urban-rural income gap exists absolute and conditional convergence,the big cities absolute convergence speed is higher than the small、medium-sized cities and（super）big cities,conditional convergence speed of the small and medium-sized cities are higher than that of big cities and（super）big cities;From the cycle of＂dynamic convergence＂,the whole cycle of absolute or conditional convergence rate show a trend of declining,and big cities,as well as conditions of（super）big cities conditional convergence rate gradually catches up the absolute convergence speed,small and medium-sized cities in the opposite direction. Further analysis of the factors affecting the urban-rural income inequality,immigration can narrow the income gap by the mechanism of urbanization,smooth urbanization can narrow the income gap. At present,the urbanization in big cities is more difficult,while in small cities is relatively easy. Urbanization is more conducive to narrow the urban-rural income gap in less than 5.2648 million people＇s city. These findings provide beneficial enlightenments to solve the increasingly serious urban-rural income gap.
