长江经济带工业污染时序变化及空间分异研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于熵值法,对长江经济带9省2市2000年~2015年工业污染状况进行综合评价分析.选取了工业废水排放量、工业废弃物排放量、工业粉尘排放量、工业烟尘排放量、工业二氧化硫排放量作为研究指标.结果表明:(1)总体上,工业污染加剧,其中影响程度最大的因素是工业废水排放量;(2)时间上,16年来大部分城市的环境污染逐年恶化,城市间内部污染差异变异系数随年份变动不明显;(3)空间上,以污染程度为标准,通过Ward系统聚类划分为5类,其中沿海发达省市,如浙江、江苏等环境恶化形势不容乐观;中西部地区贵州、云南等污染程度较轻.未来长江经济带的发展必须践行生态文明的理念,因地制宜地制定产业政策、环保政策,充分发挥政府职能,完善调控策略,加强区域间的合作沟通,共同建设成生态友好型城市群. Based on the entropy method, the comprehensive evaluation of industrial pollution in 2000 2015 in 9 provinces and 2 cities in the Yangtze River economic belt was conducted. The industrial waste water discharge, industrial waste discharge, industrial dust emissions, industrial dust emissions and industrial sulfur dioxide emissions were selected as research indicators. The results showed that : ( 1 ) In general, industrial pollu- tion was intensified, and the greatest influencing factor was the industrial waste water. (2) Over the past 16 years, the environmental pollution in most cities has deteriorated year by year, and the variation in the internal pollution among cities has not changed significantly with the year. (3) The system cluster is divided into five categories, among which the developed coastal provinces such as Zhejiang and Jiangsu are not optimistic about the environmental deterioration. The pollution in Guizhou and Yunnan in the central and western regions is rela- tively light. In the future, the development of the Yangtze River economic belt must practice the concept of ecological civilization, formulate industrial tions, give full play to government func policies and environmental protection tions, improve regulation and control policies according to local condistrategies, strengthen cooperation and communication among regions, and jointly build an urban eco-friendly urban agglomeration.
