摘要
长江流域控制性水库生态调度工作近年来稳步推进,始终坚持"生态优先、绿色发展"理念,统筹做好防洪、生态、供水、航运、发电等多目标任务。2011年以来,长江防总连续7年组织开展三峡水库促进"四大家鱼"自然繁殖的生态调度试验,2017年开始实施溪洛渡、向家坝和三峡水库联合生态调度试验、溪洛渡水库分层取水生态调度试验。多年生态调度试验结果表明,生态调度试验对促进"四大家鱼"自然繁殖作用明显,取得了良好成效。
The ecological control of the controlled reservoirs in the Yangtze River basin has been steadily advancing in recent years. It has always adhered to the concept of "ecological priority and green development" and coordinated well the multi-target tasks of flood prevention, ecology, water supply, shipping, and power generation. Since 2011, the Chief of Yangtze River Flood Control and Drought Relief has organized the Three Gorges Reservoir to promote the ecological scheduling experiment of the "four major home fishes" for natural regeneration for seven consecutive years. In 2017, it began to implement the combined ecological dispatch experiment of Xiluodu, Xiangjiaba and Three Gorges reservoirs, and Xiluodu reservoir for layered water intake ecology experiment. The results of years of ecological scheduling experiments show that the ecological scheduling experiment has played a significant role in promoting the natural reproduction of the "Four Homes" and has achieved good results.
