摘要
风力发电作为一种新的电力能源,是一种可再生性能源,国家能源局目前正在大力开展其风能的技术应用,进一步促进装机容量逐渐增大,从低电压等级也缓慢发展到高电压等级,风力发电对电力系统稳定性的影响越来越大。风力发电具有随机性、间歇性和难于控制的特点,大规模的风电并网会给电力系统的安全运行造成一定的影响。概率潮流方法能充分考虑风电场出力的随机性,能为含风电场的电力系统规划运行人员提供更全面有用的信息。
Wind power, as a new power source, is a kind of renewable energy. The National Energy Adnfinistration (NEA) is now making great efforts to develop the application of wind energy- technology to further promote the gradual increase of installed capacity. From the low voltage level to the high voltage level, wind power generation has increasing influence on the stability of power system. Wind power generation has the characteristics of randomness, intermittence and difficulty in control. Large-scale wind power grid will have a certain impact on the safe operation of the power system. Probabilistic power flow method can fully consider the randomness of wind farm output force, and can provide more comprehensive and useful information for power system planning and operation with wind farm.
