摘要
以架空地线飞车为研究对象,提出了一种具有形锁合、定点作业和越障能力的地线飞车装置,对其结构特点、制动能力和越障原理进行了分析,采用模块化思想完成地线滑车的构型设计,并进行了虚拟样机试验。理论分析与仿真结果表明,恰当的尺寸配比对提高装置开合效率及制动稳定性、越障能力具有显著的效果,装置具有良好的定点、越障能力和综合移动性能,能满足实际需求。
Taking earth wire tackle as the research object, a shape-locked device which can cross the obstacle and operate on a precisely assigned point is proposed, meanwhile its structural characteristics and obstacle-surmounting principle , braking ability have been analyzed. Basing on the modularization idea, configuration design of ground block is complete, then the virtual prototype test is carried out. According to analysis and simulation results, it shows that the size of the appropriate ratio to improve the efficiency of braking ability and the opening and closing , the obstacle ability has significant influence, meanwhile the device has a good fixed-point operation and obstacle climbing capability and comprehensive mobile performance, which can meet actual needs.
