摘要
目的探讨肾癌术后并发肾衰竭患者应用前列地尔联合贝前列素钠治疗的效果及对患者肾功能的影响。方法选取肾癌术后并发肾衰竭患者116例,随机分为两组,对照组使用前列地尔治疗,研究组使用前列地尔联合贝前列素钠治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效及肾功能情况。结果研究组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肾功能显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合贝前列素钠对肾癌术后并发肾衰竭患者的治疗效果理想。
Objective To explore the effects of alprostadil combined with beraprost sodium on renal function of patients with renal failure after renal cancer surgery. Methods A total of 116 cases of kidney cancer patients with postoperative renal failure were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with alprostadil, while those in the study group were received alprostadil plus beraprost sodium therapy. The clinical therapeutic effect and renal function of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results The efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The renal function of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in study group than in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with Beraprost sodium was effective in the treatment of patients with renal failure after renal cancer surgery.
