摘要
目的分析痰热清注射液辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法 204例小儿肺炎患儿,按照住院号随机分为观察组(100例)和对照组(104例)。对照组患儿根据药敏试验结果给予抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予痰热清注射液治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的81.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.0%,对照组不良反应发生率为3.8%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痰热清注射液辅助治疗小儿肺炎,能够提高治疗效果,不增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of Tanreqing Injection in the adjuvant treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods A total of 204 children with infantile pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group for 100 cases and control group for 104 cases according to the hospitalization number. Children in the control group was treated with antibiotics according to the results of drug susceptibility test, children in the observation group was treated with Tanreqing Injection on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%, which was significantly higher than 81.7% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.0%, and that in the control group was 3.8%, but there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. ConclusionTanreqing Injection in the adjuvant treatment of infantile pneumonia can improve the therapeutic effect and not increase the adverse reactions, so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
