摘要
智能电网是在集成且高速双向的通信网络基础上建立的,使用先进的设备、传感测量技术、决策系统及控制方法,实现电网的可靠安全运行,满足用户用电需求,优化电力系统。分析智能电网抽水蓄能电站的特性及应用,不断改进优化,健全电网建设。
The smart grid is built on the basis of integrated and high-speed two-way communication network. It uses advanced equipment,sensing and measurement technology,decision system and control methods to realize the reliable and safe operation of the power grid,meet the demand of the users and optimize the power system. This paper analyzes the characteristics and applications of smart grid pumped storage power station and constantly improves and optimizes and improves the power grid construction.
