摘要
I型干扰素(IFN-I)是一种多效细胞因子家族,具有广泛的生物学效应,现主要应用于抗病毒治疗。然而有研究表明,I型干扰素也可通过调控炎症因子的分泌以及免疫细胞的分化成熟,从而抑制肠道内的炎症反应。本文针对IFN-I在肠道炎症中的抗炎作用进行综述,揭示了IFN-I在肠道内稳态维持过程中的扮演的重要角色。
Type Ⅰ interferon(IFN-I) is a multipotent cytokine family with extensive biological effects and is now mainly used for antiviral therapy. However, studies have shown that type I interferon can also inhibit the inflammatory response in the gut by regulating the secretion of inflammatory factors and the differentiation of immune cells. This paper is to review the anti-inflammatory effects of IFN-I in intestinal inflammation and the important role of IFN-I in the homeostasis of the intestinal tract.
