摘要
随着城市化进程的发展,城市土地资源日益匮乏,高层建筑的数量不断增多。高层建筑能够有效缓解城市土地资源压力,但同时也伴随着一些问题,如一旦发生火灾,则损失和伤亡要远比普通建筑更严重。因此,高层建筑防火设计尤为重要。高层建筑中引起火灾发生的原因有很多,若想进行有效的防火设计,需先从火灾原因入手,分析高层建筑中防火设备存在的缺陷及火灾发生后人员疏散的困难,然后据此合理进行防火设计,以切实保障高层建筑的安全。

High-rise buildings can effectively relieve the pressure of urban land resources, but also accompanied by some problems, such as in case of fire, the loss and casualties is far more serious than the average building.
