摘要
目的:探讨复方醋酸曲安奈德溶液在慢性瘙痒性皮肤病治疗中的临床效果。方法:将64例慢性瘙痒性皮肤病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予复方醋酸曲安奈德溶液干预,对照组给予醋酸曲安奈德溶液干预,对两组治疗效果进行记录、评估、分析。结果:治疗后,实验组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为62.5%,实验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方醋酸曲安奈德溶液用于慢性瘙痒性皮肤病的临床治疗效果确切,值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Solution in chronic pruritus. Method：64 patients with chronic pruritus were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated with compound triamcinolone acetonide solution, while the control group was given Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Solution intervention. The treatment effects of two groups were recorded, evaluated and analyzed. Results：After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.7%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.1%. The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Solution is effective in the treatment of chronic itching skin disease, and is worthy of clinical use.
