摘要
对支承壳体铸件结构进行了深入分析并设计了铸造工艺,利用Pro CAST仿真软件进行了铸造工艺仿真分析及优化。结果表明,通过合理设计铸件的浇冒系统,能够有效地改善铸件的内部质量,很好地解决了铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷。
The structure of bearing shell casting was deeply analyzed and the casting process was designed. Simulation analysis and optimization of casting process were carried out by using ProCAST simulation software. The results show that by designing the gating and riser system rationally, the internal quality of the castings can be effectively improved, and the shrinkage cavity and porosity defects of the castings can be well solved.
