摘要
针对我国每年因为粮食存储不当发生霉变带来大量经济损失的问题,设计一种低功耗粮仓无线温度采集系统。该系统底层硬件主要由低功耗MSP430单片机模块、NFR24L01无线发送和接收模块以及DS18B20温度采集模块组成,负责对粮仓内的温度和湿度进行采集。硬件采集到的数据由无线采集模块通过云服务端和手机客户端进行连接。其中:云服务端对收集到的数据进行基础处理;手机客户端软件用于对整个粮仓内的预警进行及时观察。整个系统实现粮库温度信息的自动控制和无线集中远程监控,节省大量的劳动力。
A Low power wireless temperature acquisition system for granary was designed to solve the problem of large amount of economic loss caused by mildew in China due to improper storage of grain every year. The underlying hardware of the system was mainly composed of low-power MSP430, NFR24L01 wireless transmission and receiving module and DS18B20 temperature acquisition module, which was responsible for the collection of temperature and humidity in the granary. The data collected by hardware was connected by the wireless acquisition module through the cloud server and the mobile client. The cloud server of the system processed the collected data and the mobile client software observed the early warning of the whole granary in a timely manner. The whole system realizes the automatic control and wireless centralized remote monitoring of temperature information of the granary, which saves a lot of labor.
