血清甲胎蛋白和β-HCG水平联合检测在睾丸非精原细胞瘤中的诊断意义

摘要 瘤标的检测对于筛选或早期发现肿瘤具有重要意义。在睾丸肿瘤生物学标志物中,研究最为广泛和深入的是甲胎蛋白(AFP)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG),对于早期诊断、临床分期、危险评估、疗效评价等方面均有一定意义。1 AFP与β-HCG1956年,Bergstrand和Czar在人胎儿血清中发现一种胚胎专一性甲种球蛋白,即甲胎蛋白(AFP)。
