摘要
根据喷油器的结构与工作原理,基于准稳态模型提出喷油器模型的逻辑算法。喷油器模型以柴油机各部件的稳态特性数据为基础,采用特性MAP的方式建立。通过试验验证,在不同工况下单缸单循环喷油量与理论值误差不大,具备对控制策略先期验证及系统后期全面、快速仿真测试的能力。通过喷油器模型开展硬件在回路仿真测试可大大减少发动机台架试验的时间,有效缩短项目研发周期。
According of the structure and theory of injector,Control stragegy of injector model based on quasi-steady state model. The fuel injector model is based on the steady state data of components of the diesel engine,Building in a MAP chart.The test results show that the single cylinder single cycle fuel injection is not much different from the theoretical value under different working conditons.It has the ability to pre control the control strategy and complete the system in the future.The hardware in loop simulation test by injector model can greatly reduce the engine test time and shorten the project development cycle effectively.
