摘要
研究了耐水剂A剂、防水剂B液对硫氧镁水泥凝结时间、胶结料浆密度、抗折强度、抗压强度及耐水性能的影响。结果表明,耐水剂A剂对硫氧镁水泥凝结时间、胶结料浆密度皆无明显影响,但能够有效抑制低强度的Mg(OH)2晶相的生成,促进强度相5·1·7晶相的生成,进而提高硫氧镁水泥力学性能和耐水性能。防水剂B液能够缩短硫氧镁水泥的凝结时间,降低料浆密度,不同程度地降低硫氧镁水泥力学性能和耐水性能。
The effects of adding water-resistant agent A, water-proofing agent B on the setting time, cementing slurry density, bending strength, compressive strength and water resistance of magnesium oxysulfate cement are studied. The results illustrate that, although there is no significant influence of adding water-resistant A on the setting time and cementing slurry density of magnesium oxysulfate cement, the mechanical property and water resistance of magnesium oxysulfate cement are improved by inhibiting the generation of crystal phase Mg(OH)2 and promoting the generation of crystal phase 5·1·7 with adding water-resistant agent A. Water-proofing agent B can shorten the setting time of magnesium oxysulfate cement, decrease the cementing slurry density,and reduce the mechanical property and water resistance of magnesium oxysulfate cement at different levels.
