摘要
介绍了一种带谐波监测功能的船用交流塑壳断路器用的电量监测附件设计方案。采用专用的ADE7880计量芯片,具有电压、电流、功率等电量监测功能,以及对电压和电流的谐波监测。给出了电量监测附件电路的原理和电量芯片关键设计方法。试验结果表明,电量监测附件具有较宽的测量范围和较高监测精度,能够测量电压和电流的总谐波畸变率(THD),适用于交流电力系统电压范围0~450 V、电流0~2In宽范围内电量采集,测量精度可达到0.5级。
A design scheme of electric quantity monitoring accessories for AC moulded case circuit breaker was introduced. Its outstanding feature is the use of dedicated ADE7880 metering chip to achieve harmonic monitoring of voltage and current. The principle of power monitoring accessory circuit and the key design method of the power chip were given. The test results show that the power monitoring module has a high measurement range and precision. It can measure the total harmonic distortion rate of voltage and current( THD). It is suitable for AC power system voltage range 0 ~ 450 V,current 0 ~ 2 Inwide range of electricity collection,and the measurement accuracy can reach0. 5 levels.
