基于转动热源的通风盘式制动器温度场分析 被引量:4

摘要 汽车盘式制动器在制动过程中存在着热力耦合现象。采用直接耦合法求解时间较长,且计算不容易收敛,而基于固定热源的顺序耦合法无法实现随制动盘摩擦热源的转动,不能准确模拟温度的真实变化情况。因此,提出在仿真时调用Abaqus用户子程序实现制动过程中的热源转动,将使用该方法得到的仿真结果与采用直接耦合方法、基于固定热源的顺序耦合法以及台架试验的结果进行对比,发现采用该方法能兼具前两种方法的优点,具有较好的工程应用价值。 There is a thermal coupling phenomenon in the braking process of vehicle disc brake.Since the solution time of direct coupling method was longer and it was hard to converge; Meanwhile the method of sequential based on fixed heat source can not achieve the rotation of friction heat source of the brake disc and can not accurately simulate the change of temperature. Therefore Abaqus user subroutine is called in simulation to achieve the heat resource rotation. The results of the simulated temperature field are compared with the results of complete thermodynamic coupling method,the method of sequential based on fixed heat source and dyno test. The comparison shows that the method has the advantages of the first two methods and has better engineering value.
