摘要 为了利用高瞬态电机在台架上模拟发动机高瞬态扭振工况,对发动机运动部件的惯性载荷所引起的激振力矩与汽缸内因气体压力变化而产生的激振力矩进行数值求解与建模,将模拟得到的两部分力矩相叠加获得发动机实时扭矩。本模型以某款四缸四冲程发动机为参考机型,利用Matlab/Simulink建立了一套可以应用于汽车试验台架的发动机扭振实时仿真模型,并将模拟结果与商业软件AMESim仿真数据进行了分析对比.结果表明:该模型的最小误差可以达到2.59 N·m,平均误差可以达到7.07 N·m,说明该模型具有较高的精度。 In order to simulate the transient torsional vibration in engine bench with high transient vibration torque motor,torque and cylinder vibration inertia load on the engine moving parts caused by the gas pressure in the change of the numerical solution and modeling,the simulation results of the two part torque superposition obtained real-time engine torsional vibration model. Taking a four cylinder four stroke engine as the reference model,setting up the torsional vibration model of real time simulation by using Matlab/Simulink,which can be applied in automobile engine test bench. The simulation results with the commercial software AMESim simulation data are analyzed and compared,the model of the minimum error can reach 2. 59 N · m,and the average error can be achieved7. 07 N·m. The model has a high precision and is of great significance to the research of the torsional vibration simulation of the engine.
