摘要
目的分析核酸与ELISA方法联合检测汉中地区无偿献血者的血液标本的结果,评估核酸检测技术(NAT)应用于献血者血液筛查中的必要性和重要性。方法使用ELISA检测对2015年8月1日至2017年7月31日汉中地区无偿献血者的80 869份标本进行检测,检测出的阴性标本用全自动核酸检测系统进行核酸检测。结果 80 869份血液标本中,1 859份标本ELISA法检测结果为阳性,不合格率为2.30%;79 010份标本ELISA法检测结果为阴性,对其进行核酸检测,有反应性的标本103份,其中,HBV-DNA阳性标本100份,阳性率为0.13%;检出HCV-RNA阳性标本3份,阳性率为0.004%;未检出HIV-RNA阳性标本。结论 NAT能在ELISA检测阴性的献血者标本中筛查到有反应性的标本,有效缩短血液病毒的"窗口期",进一步提高血液安全性。
Objective To analyzed the nucleic acid combined with ELISA method to detect the blood samples ofunpaid blood donors in Hanzhong area, and to evaluate the necessity and importance of nucleic acid test (NAT) for bloodscreening of blood donors. Methods A total of 80 869 samples of unpaid blood donors in Hanzhong area from August 1,2015 to July 31, 2017 were detected by ELISA, and the negative samples were given NAT usinga fully automaticnucleic acid detection system. Results Of the 80 869 blood samples, 1 859 samples were positive detected by ELISA,and the failure rate was 2.30%; 79 010 samples were negative detected by ELISA. After NAT, there were 103 reactivesamples, of which, there were 100 HBV-DNA positive samples, the positive rate was 0.13%; 3 HCV-RNA positivesamples, the positive rate was 0.004%; no HIV-RNA positive specimens were detected. Conclusion NAT could detectreactive samples from ELISA negative donors, it can efficiently reduce the window phase of blood viruses, improve thesafety of blood.
