摘要
"医养结合"是我国整合医疗服务和养老服务资源的主要形式,也是我国应对人口老龄化的重要举措。目前,我国医养结合事业发展面临着专业人才短缺、管理体制不畅、服务规范与标准缺失以及异地养老待遇转接受阻等困境。应从加快完善人才培养体系、加强部门间协作、规范运营管理制度和深化地区间互动协作等方面来做好相关工作,保证我国医养结合事业持续平稳推进。
Medical-nursing combination is the main form for integrating medical service resources and pension service resources,as well as the important countermeasure for population aging. At present,it is facing dilemmas such as shortage of talents,management system is not smooth,lack of services standardization,and difficulties in aged services transfer and continuation,etc. Based on analyzing,this article suggests that it should quickly perfect personnel training system,strengthen inter-department collaboration,standardize operation management system,and deepen inter-reginal cooperation,and so on,to guarantee medical-nursing combination sustainable and continuous promotion.
