摘要
目的观察鼠神经生长因子联合康复训练治疗脊髓损伤致神经源性膀胱的临床疗效。方法按照治疗方式不同,将南阳市第二人民医院诊治的86例脊髓损伤致神经源性膀胱患者分为观察组(鼠神经生长因子联合康复训练治疗)和对照组(康复训练治疗),各43例,分析对比2组治疗前后膀胱功能改善情况、自主排尿恢复情况和生存质量评分、LUTS评分。结果治疗后2组患者膀胱功能均有显著改善(P<0.05);观察组膀胱功能改善程度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主排尿恢复率(83.72%)显著高于对照组(53.49%),且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者生存质量评分和LUTS评分得到显著改善(P<0.05);观察组生存质量评分和LUTS评分改善程度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合康复训练治疗能显著改善脊髓损伤致神经源性膀胱患者的膀胱功能,提升患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury. Methods 86 cases of patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury in our hospital were divided into the observation group (mouse nerve growth factor combined with rehabilitation training,n =43) and the control group (rehabilitation training,n=43). The improvement of bladder function,the recovery of automatic urination,quality of life score and LUTS score were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The bladder function in two groups was significantly improved after treatment (P〈0. 05). The improvement degree of bladder function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The recovery rate of autonomic urination in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.72 % vs 53.49 %) (P〈0. 05). After treatment,the quality of life score and LUTS scores in two groups were significantly improved (P〈0. 05) ,and the improvement degree of scores in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the bladder function of patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury, and enhance the quality of life of patients.
