水体动荡胁迫对大黄鱼血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对大黄鱼进行模拟台风所致水体动荡胁迫,检测胁迫前(0 h)及胁迫后0.5、1、2、4、8、24 h时血清生化指标的变化.结果表明:大黄鱼血清总蛋白(TP)和总胆固醇(CHOL)在胁迫后0.5~24 h期间浓度均持续降低;谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性在胁迫后0.5~1 h期间显著升高,之后显著降低,浓度仅为胁迫前的一半,并在2~24 h期间始终处于这一低水平;谷草转氨酶(AST)活性在胁迫后持续显著升高,胁迫后24 h时的活性为胁迫前的6.5倍;肌酐(CREA)在胁迫后0.5 h时即显著升高并达到最大值,1~8 h期间基本降至正常水平,但在24 h时显著降低,仅为胁迫前的1/4;乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性在胁迫后2~24 h期间均显著高于正常水平;碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性在胁迫后2 h时显著升高,并在2~24 h期间都处于较高水平;血清Na^+、C1^-、K^+和Ca^(2+)浓度在胁迫后均出现了显著性升高.血清生化指标的变化提示水体动荡胁迫引起的应激反应可能导致大黄鱼肝脏、心脏受损以及免疫降低. In this study,stress was introduced to large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea) using a typhoon-induced water unrest simulator.The serum biochemical parameters were detected at 0.5,1,2,4,8 and 24 h following stress,and the untreated samples were used as control(0 h).The results showed that serum total protein(TP) and cholesterol(CHOL) decreased consecutively from 0.5 h to 24 h following stress.The activity of alanine transaminase(ALT) increased significantly during 0.5-1 h and decreased significantly afterwards.The activities during 2-24 h were only half those of the control.The activity of aspartate transaminase(AST) increased significantly from 0.5 h to 24 h,and the activity at 24 h increased 6.5 times compared to that of 0 h.The peak value of creatinine(CREA) activity appeared at 0.5 h.During the period of 1-8 h,the activities were recovered to the level corresponding to the control group;whereas at 24 h the activity decreased significantly to 25% of the control.During 2-24 h,the activities of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) were significantly higher than that of 0 h.The activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) had a significant increase at 2 h,and maintained relatively high level during 2-24 h.And the concentrations of Na+、C1-、K+ and Ca2+ in serum all increased significantly after water unrest stress.The changes of serum biochemical parameters of P.crocea indicated that the stress of water unrest could lower immunity as well as impair liver and heart.
