定常吸气对风力机气动性能影响的数值模拟 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高风力机升力,探索定常吸气对风力机叶片影响的三维效应,使用Fluent计算软件、采用S-A湍流模型和Simple算法对三维NACA0015叶片在低马赫数条件下施加定常吸气进行数值模拟,并将二维和三维条件下的计算结果进行比较。结果表明:三维叶片的绕流流动规律与二维条件下的模拟结果有所不同;对叶片吸力面分离点附近施加定常吸气可有效提高叶型升力、推迟叶片表面流动分离,翼型升力随抽气孔长度的增大而升高;对三维叶片施加抽吸控制存在最佳的抽气孔长和抽气间隔。 In order to increase the lift-force of wind turbine,explore the three-dimensional effects of influence of steady inhalation on wind turbine blades,the Fluent calculation software,S-A turbulent flow model and Simple algorithm were used to carry out numerical simulation of three dimension NACA0015 blade applying steady inhalation at low Mach conditions,the calculation results under two dimension and three dimension conditions were compared.The results indicate that the flow regularity around a three-dimensional blade differs from the simulation results under two-dimensional conditions.Applying steady inhalation near the separation point of the blade suction surface can effectively improve the lift-force of blade and delay the flow separation on the blade surface.Airfoil lift-force increases as the suction hole length increases;there are optimal suction hole length and suction interval for applying suction control to three-dimensional blades.
